Tech-Ready Youth opens the door to tech careers for young people who might not otherwise have access to training and opportunities. Whether you're in high school, recently graduated, or looking for a career change, this program meets you where you are.
The curriculum covers everything needed for entry-level IT positions: hardware, software, networking, security, and customer service. But we also focus on the soft skills that employers value—communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professionalism.
The program culminates in a Gaming Tournament capstone event where participants showcase their technical skills while competing in a friendly esports competition.
